I Love this guys sculptures/carvings and he makes really cool woodcut prints also. Fantastic!

I am so damn bad at bloggy stuff. I do OK for a couple of days and then disappear. I tried to carve a rock I found in a field once, using a hammer and a railroad spike. It actually looked pretty good for my first attempt. It was a skull and I ended up using it as a base for a feejee mermaid carving. Here is a guy who really knows his way around a rock. Very inspiring.
